Ground orders generally go out
the same day received (not including Saturday or Sunday) primarily via UPS from
our lovely New Jersey warehouse. Standard Ground Service can take from 1-6
business days to arrive inside of the USA.
Overnight, 2nd and 3rd day
shipping will be sent out the same day until 3:00pm EST (not including Saturday and Sunday).
If the order is received after 3:00pm EST the order will be sent out the next business day.
PLEASE NOTE: UPS
does not count Saturday, Sunday or holidays in the ship time, only business
days so an order placed Second Day Air on Thursday or Next Day Air during the
day on Friday will not arrive until Monday. Saturday Delivery is available upon special
request.

refund your money (minus shipping and handling). Please
Note: Items must be in a resalable condition. Certain larger items can not
be returned such as: Kikker Bikes, The Daiquiri Whacker, Motorrized Bar Stool,
Cruzin Coolers, & Motorized Coolers.
No Halloween or Christmas Related Items can be returned within 10 days of the
holiday.

While we make every effort to
ship each item you order, we occasionally run out of certain products. During the holiday
season, any out-of-stock item(s) will be removed from your order total and this will be reflected in your
shipping confirmation e-mail (if you have provided an e-mail address). We
apologize, but we are unable to accept back orders during the holiday season.
During the rest of the year, all backorders are fulfilled as soon as the out of
stock item(s) comes back in, unless we are instructed otherwise, or the item has
been discontinued.

We now ship most countries via a
variety of methods: USPS Priority International, USPS Express International, UPS
Worldwide Saver which can take anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks depending on
which method you choose and where the package is located. It can take us a
day or two to fill out the customs form.
However, we cannot offer individual e-mail
shipping quotes and can not be responsible for duties on shipped orders.
To see if we ship to your country, please add the
items you would like to your cart and click the checkout button. After you
click checkout button, select your desired shipping method, choose your country
and type your postal code and your rate will then appear before you ahve to
complete your purchase.

Only if your order is being shipped to New Jersey, then you'll be charged 7% of the sub total.
