Ground orders generally go out
the same day received (not including Saturday or Sunday).
Overnight, 2nd and 3rd day
shipping will be sent out the same day until 3:00pm EST (not including Saturday and Sunday).
If the order is received after 3:00pm EST the order will be sent out the next business day.
PLEASE NOTE: UPS
does not count Saturday, Sunday or holidays in the ship time, only business
days.

While we make every effort to
ship each item you order, we occasionally run out of certain products. During the holiday
season, any out-of-stock item(s) will be removed from your order total and this will be reflected in your
shipping confirmation e-mail (if you have provided an e-mail address). We
apologize, but we are unable to accept back orders during the holiday season.
During the rest of the year, all backorders are fulfilled as soon as the out of
stock item(s) comes back in, unless we are instructed otherwise, or the item has
been discontinued.

Only if your order is being shipped to New Jersey, then you'll be charged 7% of the sub total.
