No one really knows. It is believed he is a misty vapor that can take form of a human and/or crescent wrench.

Can I make my Hardknock street legal?
After you fill out a warranty card that is sent to you, Kikker as a courtesy will send an MSO (manufacturers statement of origin) from there you should be on the road to success. Please make sure to check with your local DMV for all requirements.
