Each Stress Freud is made of soft foam rubber that is perfect for squeezing. Keep one in your car for stressful commutes and one on your desk at work to help you during those days when nothing seems to go right. Maybe a third for just whipping at the wall. But don't get too attached to your Stress Freud, because as the good doctor once said, "Sometimes a stress ball is just a stress ball." The Stress Freud is approximately 3" tall. To be honest, we have no idea how big the real Freud's head was but we're pretty sure it was bigger than 3".
