When will my order be shipped?
Ground orders generally go out the same day or the next business day received (not including Saturday or Sunday) primarily via UPS from our spanking-new Tennessee warehouse. Standard Ground Service can take from 1-6 business days to arrive inside of the USA.

Overnight, 2nd and 3rd day shipping will be sent out the same day until 3:00pm EST (not including Saturday and Sunday). If the order is received after 3:00pm EST the order will be sent out the next business day. 

PLEASE NOTE: UPS does not count Saturday, Sunday or holidays in the ship time, only business days so an order placed Second Day Air on Thursday or Next Day Air during the day on Friday will not arrive until Monday. Saturday Delivery is available upon special request. The United States Post Office claims that Priority Mail will arrive in 2-3 days. This is often the the case, but they don't guarantee it. If you REALLY need it in 2 days, select UPS 2nd Day.

We hate spam as much as you do. Your information will not be sold or shared. PERIOD.


Return Policy?

We hope to keep you as a customer to continue the crusade against the common gift. If you're not pleased with your purchase, send it back within 30 days and we will refund your money (minus shipping and handling). Please Note: Items must be in a resalable condition. Certain larger items can not be returned such as: Kikker Bikes, Motorized Bar Stool, Snowing Machine, Cruzin Coolers, & Motorized Coolers. No Halloween or Christmas Related Items can be returned within 10 days of the holiday.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Checks and Money Orders.


Out-Of-Stock Items?

While we make every effort to ship each item you order, we occasionally run out of certain products. During the holiday season, any out-of-stock item(s) will be removed from your order total and this will be reflected in your shipping confirmation e-mail (if you have provided an e-mail address). We apologize, but we are unable to accept back orders during the holiday season. During the rest of the year, all backorders are fulfilled as soon as the out of stock item(s) comes back in, unless we are instructed otherwise, or the item has been discontinued.


International Orders?

Right now, BaronBob.com only ships to the USA and Canada. We usually use USPS Priority International. It can take us a day or two to fill out the customs form.

It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address so that unauthorized persons cannot access it over the Internet.


Will sales tax be charged on items I order?

Only if your order is being shipped to New York or Tennessee.
